The Berkshire Regional Transit Authority will be changing the bus stop location at Allendale Plaza effective January 20, 2026. Allendale Plaza ownership have requested that BRTA buses no longer enter their property. Per their request, BRTA Routes 1, 4, 12, and 14 will revise the pick up and drop off locations effective January 20, 2026. All routes will continue to follow the same scheduled times, only the bus stop locations are changing.
- Route 1
- Outbound – Bus shelter on Cheshire Road across from Berkshire Bank. Departs at 45 after the hour.
- Inbound – Right turn after McDonald’s onto Crane Avenue. Pick up and drop off on the sidewalk just after the first Allendale entrance. Departs at 10 after the hour.
- Route 4
- Outbound – Stop & Shop. Departs at 57 after the hour.
- Inbound – Panera Bread shelter. Departs at 53 after the hour.
- Route 12
- Panera Bread shelter. Departs at 07 after the hour.
- Route 14
- Panera Bread shelter. Departs at 45 after the hour.
Beginning January 20, 2026 BRTA buses will not enter the Allendale Plaza property for any reason.
